Where is Jumparoo located?
Jumparoo is available at two locations:
* Assima Mall – 5th Floor, inside Below Zero
* Al Andalous Complex – Mezzanine Floor
What are your operating hours?
We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please note that operating hours may vary during Ramadan, public holidays, and special occasions. We recommend checking our latest updates before your visit.
What age groups do you accommodate?
Jumparoo welcomes children aged 1 to 13 years. For our football activities, we accept participants up to 16 years old.
Are socks required, and can I purchase them on-site?
Yes, socks are required for play. You may bring your own socks or purchase a pair at our venue.
Is Jumparoo safe and clean?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Our facilities are designed to meet safety standards, and all attractions are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows children to move freely and enjoy all activities safely.
Do parents or guardians need to pay an entry fee?
One accompanying guardian (18 years or older) is admitted free of charge with each child.
Are there any time limits for play sessions?
No. Your child can enjoy unlimited play time during the visit, subject to our operating hours. However, access to the football ground is limited to 15 minutes per session to ensure all guests have an opportunity to enjoy the facility.
Where can we store our belongings?
Shoes can be placed in the designated shoe racks, while personal belongings may be stored in the provided shelving areas. Please note that guests are responsible for their personal items at all times. Jumparoo is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including valuable items. We recommend keeping important valuables with you during your visit.
How can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made directly at any Jumparoo branch or through our website.
Can I cancel my ticket and receive a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your ticket may be rescheduled for a future visit after completing the necessary procedures with our cashier team.
